You've stumbled into a web based folio of life. A not entirely coherent display intended to serve as the Regent of New Arcadia's public face, soapbox, memoir, yaddah, yaddah, yaddah, blah, blah, blah.

The Regent has had mixed opinions about this sort of site for a long time: why would someone publish pieces of themself for complete strangers to paw over? The Queen has advised him that perhaps if the world were given some insight into how he thinks that there wouldn't be so many incidents of mis-understanding. He remains dubious, but time will tell.

This isn't, of course, the complete story. The story's not done yet, and it never will be.
